SWINGERS CLUBS v FETISH CLUBS

The House of Rua is a fetish club, not a swingers club.

We understand that there is some crossover between the two types of club, but we’re also wondering if people understand this fully, or if some people are just seeing a fetish club as being a cheaper option of accessing possible sexual partners.

-
Swingers clubs often charge more for single men.
-
Fetish clubs generally charge the same for all gender identities.
-
Swingers clubs often limit the amount of single men.
-
Fetish clubs generally do not limit genders.
We have generally found that when people visit our (fetish) club with a swinger mindset, one of two things happen:
-
They leave the club disappointed and then write a horrible review on a swingers site.
-
They annoy existing guests by being pushy or suggesting unwelcome sexual encounters.
Obviously, neither of the two scenarios above are ideal! hence another reason for our club being membership only.

So a brief outline of what is what – and we’re not going into any depth here:

-
Swingers club – a place where people go to find possible sexual encounters, partner swaps, find sex with no strings etc.
-
Fetish club – a place where people go to be amongst others who are into BDSM, find possible BDSM play partners (either casual or long term) or play with their existing partners.
You will often find an element of fetish at a swingers club in the same way as you’ll find occasional swinging going on at a fetish club. However, the clubs are named differently for a reason ie: to let people know the main purpose of the club.

If, having read this, you are looking for swinging more than BDSM, The House of Rua is probably not for you. We'd suggest you join an online site such as FabSwingers to find what you are looking for.
